100% agree. The fourth floor is for silent study only. If someone is talking or being otherwise noisy, you can ask them to leave the 4th floor if you feel comfortable doing so (you can point out the noise restriction signs). Or, you can ask the library staff to tell them to be quiet or leave. Please text, IM, or call us with the deets and we will ask the group to socialize on another floor.
